Run a full system scan with AVG, it will completely remove the ’source’ which is generating the viruses in your computer.
    :)

I use AVG myself but remember you only get what you pay for… its free! Try using another 30-day anti-virus evaluation program. See if any of the other works for you. I sometimes do that to get rid of viruses that AVG can’t.

    go to http://www.eset.com
download the free full featured nod32 trail
    update it
scan for viruses (in safe mode if possible)

Go to the location and delete the file yourself
if any error occur make sure that file is not being used by task manager

avg is not good in removing found viruses if you want them gone
download the free home edition of avast anti virus http://www.avast.com just give them your e mail so they send you
a free registration key, i use avast and its far better than avg,
    also avg is a hassle.
