you can check out the program called
CCleaner
..which stands for crapcleaner
Although it sounds kinda funny..
CCleaner is a powerful tool that cleans up the computer’s unused files.. and unused registry files.
By good luck.. the registry file that is causing you just might be one of the ‘crap’ files.http://www.ccleaner.com/ to download.

    Try going to the link below and download the patch from Microsoft. Hopefully that will fix your issue.
