After A Power Outage, I Can’t Get Active Desktop Recovery To Work. Any Ideas?

I get a script error notice. In system error log I find this
Faulting application iexplore.exe, version 7.0.5700.6, faulting module flash8b.ocx, version 8.0.24.0, fault address 0×00068542.

    try unistalling ie7.0. that might be the problem

    the power outage probally fried your computer in some sort of way.
