Windows Couldn’t Load To Desktop So I Ran Windows Repair But It Has Copy Error Cannot Copy Mofcomp.exe?

I deleted all the virus on my laptop and widows couldn’t load to windows so I ran chkdsk /r but still same so I ran Windows repair using winxp sp2 and pressing ‘r’. but now it has an error.” setup cannot copy the file mofcomp.exe

    Try to clean the disk surface abnd check if it works then
