ctfnom.exe is a virus. The original file by windows is called ctfmon.exe.
What most likely happened is that your anti virus deleted the file and now whenever you restart, windows tries to load the file but cant find it.
Click start, select run and type in “regedit” without quotes and press enter.
Once the window opens select edit from the toolbar and click find.
Type ctfnom.exe in the find box and when it comes up just delete the entry. There may be more than 1 references so press F3 to look for the next reference once you delete the first. keep doing this until you have search the entire registry then restart.

the reson that might be appearing is because you probably and most likely ran an anti spyware it could be on the windows loader yu can try searching in msconfig
on your keyboard press on the windows key, while it is being held tap on the R key
the run command window comes up
type in msconfig
go to startup and search for it on that list, if it is there remove the checkmark
