Why Svchost.exe-application Error Is Occuring And If Ok Or Cancel Is Given, Audio Is Not Working?

Svchost.exe-Application Error. The exception unknown software exception(0×0000409) at location 0×5b86a3c0.
Once this error message will occur, the audio will no longer be working. any media player will not work. the volume control can no longer be opened. the audio properties will be affected.

    u have a virus it has made changes in ur rgistry
    if u have an antivirus app now update it and run it is safe mode turning off system restore(f8 at boot) before doing so
    however i would run an online scan using nod32http://www.eset.eu/online-scanner
    if u don’t have an antivirus get one here’s a link for avira freehttp://www.free-av.com/en/download/1/dow…
    but don’t run 2 at same time
    clean out ur temp files cookies etc before scanning
    ccleaner does a nice job of this just make sure in advanced section u untick the entry about do not remove temp files….48 hours….
    again turn off system restore before scanning
    rt click my computer>properties>system restore tab>disable
    boot into safe mode and run full scan telling it to scan everything
    empty prefetch folder after scans r done
    rt click start>explore>c:>windows>prefetch
    delete everything except layout.ini
    also make sure in folder options>view> u have to tick show hidden files and folders,untick show extensions for known file types
