any idead what this is about?

its probably having trouble converting whatever file ur using … it could be that or if it continues to do it with every file u try reinstall the application ..
Any time you encounter memory problems such as this, it means that your program (Nero) is stepping on the feet of another program (which could be anything).
Your options, in order, are threefold:
1. Restart the computer. Often, this will resolve the problem.
2. Reinstall Nero. That will probably correct the error if a restart does not.
3. It is possible a new program, which also requires access to your DVD-R drive, is conflicting with Nero. You can try uninstalling that conflicting program, using System Restore to roll back to a time before the new program was installed, or installing an alternative burning program.
It also makes sense to visit http://www.nero.com and update your copy of Nero with all appropriate patches.
