    You should try Linux and move away from Windows.
    Most are free to download, or pick up a cheap disc on Ebay.
    No Spyware
    No Viruses
    Less headaches and it JUST works.

    Well, a file with the extension (*.exe) usually means its an executable file, meaning it might be an application (one you probably didnt authorize)
    Plus it seems kind of odd, dont you think, that something would want to install on start up?
    It seems you have some type of spyware or trojan thats trying to setup on your computer, but fortunately for you, somethings stopping it; so its best we try to completely remove it.
    I’m sure you have some Windows OS, if so, go to START > RUN >type MSCONFIG > then go to the STARTUP tab and search for the same .exe file that comes up in start up, disable it!
