		<description>This problem&#039;s caused by an error in the installation code of Vista. So Safe Mode doesn&#039;t work and neither does LKGC. And it really doesn&#039;t help that you don&#039;t have the Vista DVD. Our only option is to try to get into the Recovery console. Restart the computer and keep tapping F8. Select the Repair your computer option. In the recovery tools, select Command Prompt. Type in chkdsk C: /F. If you get this far, this should fix it. Otherwise, stating the obvious, yeah you need the DVD. Sorry.</description>
