Regsvr32.exe – Application Error?

Hi ive encountered RegSvr32.exe – Application Error when installing creative zen and it asked to either diagnose the problem or terminate the installation…please help me!!!

    actually, these are cause by bad or corrupt installation files. you must have a fresh copy of your installer and install it again.

    make sure all windows and programs are closed- there may be an error in one of the files or missing files- also check if this is compatable with your pc- sometimes if you try to download something that is not compatable, it will not allow you to install it. (programs that are for windows 95, 98, 2000, etc.. will often not download in a new model such as WindowsXP etc..)
