Need Help With An Avp.exe Application Error That Pops Up When I Start My Computer?

I get an avp.exe application error that says this:
The instruction at “0×0351dcf9″ referenced memory at “0×00000001″. the memory culd not be “written”
click ok to terminate
click cancel to debug
how do I fix this?
I can’t get get my computer to connect to the internet.
Don’t ask how are you typing this question if your computer doesn’t work because i’m on another computer.

    really need to know what system your running to be help-full . It its windows vista . Open programs on you start menu, and do a system restore. Set the restore date the day before the trouble started, just take you time and read the steps. I’ve done a lot of restore in the last 2 years. It don’t hurt a thing.
