This is the Sasser virus… Good luck to you without having to do a full re-install.

LSASS.exe is a virus and a pretty stubborn one at that.
download the malicious virus removal tool from Microsofthttp://www.microsoft.com/downloads/detai…
This tool will get rid of that virus plus any others that it detects. make sure you are not connected to the internet when you do this.
Also to stop the countdown
click on start then run
type “cmd” then press the enter key. this will open a window with a command line.
type “shutdown -a” (without the quotes) at the prompt and press the enter key.
