Iexplore.exe-application Error….need Help?

a box keeps coming up on my screen..it reads as follows the instruction at “ox74985c91″ referenced memory at “Ox00000000″. the memory could not be “read” click on ok to terminate the programme..wich i do but it still comes back again..can anyone help me to get rid of this or to repair the error..the only mistake i made was to run reg clean but i have now taken it off my computer but i dont know if it was reg clean that caused this problem…i would be grateful for any help and advice
