I Get An Error That “ypager.exe Has Generated An Error” And It Closes Messenger May I Know How To Solve This

ypager.exe has generated an error
the instruction at”0×20300b0″referendced memory at “0×20300b0″.the memory could not be”read”.
click on ok to terminate the program
click on cancel to debug the program
okcancel
clicking on any of this option closes my yahoo messenger
i am using windows XP and i have norton 2005 professional installed with all latest virus definations as well my windows update is also fully completed as well i am using windows firewall.

    For some reason the ypager file has become corrupt. Go to the Yahoo! main page and reinstall the IM from the upper right hand corner of the main page.
