How Do I Get An Error (nwix.exe) Off Of My Computer? It Comes Up Immediately When Computer Is Turned On.?

Error comes up while Windows XP is loading up, I forwarded error sending info to Microsoft and they said it was an error associated with nivedia and I should download drivers. After downloading drivers, my computer said that there was no software available on my computer for these drivers!
