How Can I Play My Need For Speed Carbon On The Pc Without Any Error Occurring While Opening The File Nfcs.exe?

When I first installed the game, an error occurred saying that d3dx9_30.dll was not found BUT I downloaded this file and then I tried playing the game, another kind of errors happened and I couldn’t play the game so can anyone help me? Please and thanks.

    d3dx9_30.dll is part of DirectX9, you will need to download to get all the files you need.http://microsoft.com/windows/directx/def…
