ok so when I turn on my computer, I enter my username and password and I will get a blue screen and a message : Winmgmt.exe – Aplication Error
The aplication failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate application.
so I do but my files and start bar etc never load and I have to shut it down manually… and after a while the message appears again.
PLEASE help I’m using my bro’s computer right now and I need to do stuff on mine

Try to reboot, and enter SAFE MODE.
Then scan the computer for viruses, its probably viruses. Use the latest virus definition to scan the computer.
When this happens hit ctrl + alt + del
Choose task manager
then file and new
then type in explorer.exe
this should get your desktop back
Try the instructions below:
1. Log on as administrator to your local computer;
2. Right click on my computer, then manage;
3. Expand Services and Application then click on services
4. In the right pane you would see all services listed
5. Scroll down and find out two services name;windows management intrumentation and windows management instrumentation driver extentions.
6. Right click each service and go to properties and disabled the services.
7. Restart your computer.
If that doesn’t work then scan for viruses and spyware
