Help! I Have An ‘application Error’ Message That Won’t Go Away Called Pcptstray.exe. How Do I Get Rid Of It??

An error message flashed up when I logged onto my desktop and it won’t go away and it stays on top of every window. At the top of the message it says: pctsTray.exe – Application Error.
Then it says:
“The instruction at 0×51f29ff6″ referenced memory at “0×01384e54″. The memory could not be “read”. Click on OK to terminate the program.
… So I click on ok and it just comes back again and again and again. Plase help!!

This is from an error in Spyware Doctor. Try uninstalling it. It might be an idea to run ccleaner.exe to clean up the registry, then you could try to re-install.

Go to start > run and type “regedit” and click OK. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWi… On the right pane, look for an entry with pctsTray.exe or something like it. if found, delete the entry. If you find none, try HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREMicrosoftWin…
