Everytime I Turn On My Computer, There’s An Error Saying “rvhost.exe Can’t Be Found.”?

i know it is my fault because i deleted some files from system32 folder due to newly installed anti-virus and i fail to have a back-up. what should I do so that i can’t see that error again in my desktop? My OS is windows XP… thanks

    you must have to format your c-drive…..
