I have a Toshiba Laptop. When I turn it on. I get the following error message.
Lsass.exe – Bad Image The appliation or DLL C:\Windowssystem32\lsasrv.dll is not a valid Windows image
I get this error and prompts me to press “ok”. I press ok and then nothing. I wait for a few minutes and still nothing.
I then turn off my computer because it won’t allow me to do anything else, it doesn’t load anything. I turn off my computer and start it in the “Safe” mode and the same thing happens. I get the error message, press “ok” and then the screen turns blank. Nothing!
It’s not loading anything.
I don’t think I’ve got the operation sytem diskette. I have the Toshiba “Recover and Applications/Drivers DVD” (Satellite A100/A105 Series)
I can’t do anything on my laptop. Help!

Try to repair your operating system to reload the the missing dll files. Follow the link on how to repair or OS
did u google ur error to see how to correct it or why ur getting it —it could be a number of things corrupt file or missing files — i would look on google like i just did has plenty of imfo –
but hard to say since i am not in front of ur pc when it happens –wouldn’t want to guess and mess ur pc up worse
just rechecked again type Lsass.exe. bad image
tell u how to correct ( google it and see if this is what u see)
