Cant Download Exe Or Pdf Type Files. Error Mess. “this Object Has Been Blocked” How Can I Unblock?

win xp pro toshiba laptop recently began giving error message when trying to download certain types of files. no other problem using web. can download most other things. Very odd that can open previously downloaded and saved pdf and exe files. Have made no recent changes to computer setup. have norton AV and zone alarm running

    Where is the error message come from? Your browser? Could be your network admin disabled downloading some file types. If not, then checks your firewall and av settings.
