Can Someone Please Help With A Runtime Error?

I keep getting 2 error messages everytime i sign off the internet. The First error is Error: Runtime error 217 at 02 F0F34A.
The second error message says IExplorer.Exe-Application error
The exception unknown software exception (oxoecdfade) occured in the application at location ox7c812a5b. Ok
What do these errors mean please help. Im running off Windows XP.

    First just do a file check, click Start>Run type “sfc /scannow” without the quotes.

    you will either need the windows install files retained on your hard drive or the window install disk if something needs to be corrected when you run scannow.
