Is this your CD drive?
Either way, even if it is something else this is what’s happening.
There is a file in whatever your trying to open when makes copy.exe run when you click the drive (this thing is set automatically to do that when you double click the drive). When you right click and go explore it doesn’t do that because you diddn’t double click it. Copy.exe is missing and that’s why you get the error message.
Hi, It is because of auto play facility in Windows. I think you may clear some virus earlier. Normally after clearing the virus, in explorer when you are trying to double click the drive will directed to the file which is deleted as a virus earlier.
while virus entry in your computer in windows this copy.exe replaced the auto play executable file in windows system folder. it is not a problem. Just find remedy from windows help to disable the auto play of CD / DVD drive. it will be better always in some sort of situation, when you are inserting bla bla ….. cd’s
