Ares Ultra Has Caused An Error In User.exe. What Seems To Be The Problem ..can Anyone Help Me On This….?

AFTER UNINSTALLING AN OLD VERSION OF ARES ULTRA…..I DOWNLOADED A NEW VERSION AND INSTALLED…EVERYTIME IAM TRYING TO ACCESS….THIS WILL COME UP……ARES ULTRA HAS CAUSED AN ERROR IN USER.EXE…IVE TRIED TO FIX THE RESOLUTION AND NOTHIN HAPPENS
