Need more Infomation…..have you download/update any software.what other error’s are you recieving. If the file or program you’re attempting to run is corrupt or missing, Windows will be unable to execute the file properly and sometimes generate this error message.check out this site might help.http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000…

Check your hard disk cable first. If it is weared or something wrong with it. If that is ok, then go for a fresh installation CD. Reboot and delete partitions first. Install the fresh copy. If this does not work, then write back to me on chinmaykumar79@yahoo.com.

  4. dll files can be part of a driver for something.
just update the driver s. try doing a windows custom update. If any update on offer is a driver then install it.

win 32 error…. seems that u hav a very pretty virus in your computer….
rather than jus reloading window, try some good anti virus (updated offcourse) that can take care of this pretty lady.
If Window is not getting loaded, then format the hard disk
