Which program do I need to open “window.dll”??
I have tried many extracting programs. Please send me the name of the program-location

    A dll is an application extension file, it contains binary executable code. It cannot be opened with those types of programs. It is meant to be called and used by other programs.
    WHy would you want to open it?

    You do not open a link library you use it through a programming language that is designed to support external libraries.
