What Does Kdu-v32r.dll App Not Installed Mean When I Try To Use Webcam On Yahoo Messenger?

when i click to open my webcam on yahoo it sais kdu-v32r.dll app not installed , try reinstalling app might fix your problem so i reinstalled everything from webcam to yahoo , even up graded yahoo 8.1 as it suggusted but still doesnt work

    Did you install the web cam driver so it can work properly on your computer?
    try to install the program so it can work properly.
