I Have A .dll Plug In For A Sound Effect, What Program Do I Need To Use It? Free Preferably?
I downloaded a plug in for a voice effect but i dont know what i need to be able to use it.

.dll files are used by just about every program. You need the one that your specific file goes with. You can’t tell what program that is with simply knowing that it’s a .dll file.
