I Got A Dll File In My Computer Called Mrvgina.dll?

I would like to get rid of this MrVgina.dll file because it doesn’t let me change my shutdown screen style.

    ……mrvgina, i was suprised to find it is a legitmate file with a name like that lol
    MrvGina.dll is a Graphical Identification and Authentication Dynamic Link
    Library* that Netgear seems to want to install as part of its wireless card
    drivers.
    Put the default msgina.dll back by running this util.http://www.dougknox.com/xp/scripts_desc/…
