I Get An Error “mfc70.dll Not Found” Trying To Re-install Quicken 2004 On My Laptop. Any Ideas Welcome. Alf

I am running Vista on an E-System laptop. I have Quicken 2004 installed on my desktop for some years and have installed in on my laptop but it won’t open, giving me the error MFC70.DLL not found. I checked on the internet for this error but got confused.

    I had a similar error in one of my programs. DLL not found.
    I went here, downloaded the dll and pasted it into the program directory.
    Good as new again.

    Difficult one Dll is an OS file but the code and quicken 2004 is completely strange to me if it has got anything to do with Microsoft then the best place or website to visit is http://www.support.microsoft .com ( i think there is a issue of hardware compactibility) good-luck

    The file is either missing or corrupted mate try downloading the vista version and it should work or clean the media disc you have it on then try again.
