I Downloaded And Unzipped A File Called Msvcr71.dll From A Website. Should I Keep It?

Since extracting MSVCR71.dll and putting it on this pc I notice a weird change when I sign out of my yahoo mail account. It shows up in “red” with the message: “You’ve signed out of Yahoo” and this never occurred before..
Is this a malicious Registry entry?

    If you don’t know what it is or does I would scan my computer with my antvirus or just delete it
