    Try to boot from your Windows CD. After the CD has booted select and prompt for a windows installation select: “Repair Installation.”It will restore any corrupt system files and maintain your current installation so that you won’t lose any data.

    First restart. if this doesn’t work then reinstall windows.

    restart your computer and hold f10 on the blue screen.
