How To Fix Kernel32.dll Error (entry Point Not Found)?

“( Launcher.exe – Entry Point Not Found )The procedure entry point MakeCriticalSectionGlobal could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEK32.dll.”
this shows up whenever i log-in in Ran Online. Can someone help me how to fix this problem?
We already have kernel32.dll in system32 folder. Please in need you help!

    Try uninstalling & re-installing the program.
    if problems still persist contact support of the program
