Kaspersky is the best there is and nod32,,
kaspersky has a online scanner that you can run,,,http://www.kaspersky.com/kos/english/kav…
not sure if you can have it see your flash drive,,,,try it,,,,

If you formatted the USB drive, then that would have removed the virus as all data is removed. The drive must have been inserted into another infected Windows machine, and hence reinfected.
