Open the start menu, click on search, put a dll extension in the window to find out where on your computer dll files are stored;
ex……….. *.dll
If you get results use the path of this information as the location to add a new dll file. I hope that is what you wanted.
that depends on what dll file you want and if it is a ME dll file. a dll file from an other window version will not work… plus it needs to be in the right directory
