How Do I Get Rid Of The Dpnery.dll File In My Windows/system32 Folder?

any ideas? i tried deleting it but i get an error saying ‘it is being used by a program’. i think its a spyware/adware.

    Do you mean dpnet.dll??
    Thats an actual dll used by microsoft windows for Direct drivers for displayhttp://www.e-systems.ro/dpnet_dll.htm
