use avast! and it has virus cleaner too.
avast! Virus Cleaner is a tool that will remove selected viruses from your computer. While avast! itself is able to detect and delete almost all known viruses, avast! Virus Cleaner can handle only a small selection of the most common ones. The list can be displayed (in the avast! Virus Cleaner tool) by clicking on the “About” button.
avast! Virus Cleaner is built directly into the avast! Antivirus. If you need, however, it is also possible to download a stand-alone version of the avast! Virus Cleaner from the ALWIL Software web pages – for free. Both the versions (the downloadable one and the one integrated into avast! Antivirus) are the same.
If avast! detects a virus that is possible to remove using the avast! Virus Cleaner, it will show a special button to start the tool. The button (labeled “Completely remove the virus from the system”) will be placed directly in the virus warning window – right above the buttons to delete, rename or move the infected file. When the option to start the avast! Virus Cleaner is available, it is recommended you use it!
    Advantages
avast! Virus Cleaner is a tool to completely disinfect your system. It repairs the infected files (whenever it is possible) and deletes the virus bodies, so that it is not necessary to reinstall your system or recover it from backups. But it does more! It also removes virus items from the system registry (which is very important in some cases), fixes corrupted configuration files, and deletes temporary files created by the virus (such files do not contain any virus code, so they are not detected by avast! itself – but they occupy space on your hard disk). In short, avast! Virus Cleaner removes every possible trace of the virus from your system. There is no need to perform the cleaning in the Safe Mode – when a virus is found in memory, it is deactivated first.

I can see you are fighting spyware, I suggest that you find a strong anti-spyware software so you are protected. Here is a site that has reviewed and tested some anti-spyware programs:http://kinmic81.bezoogle.com/pp/anti-spy…
I have a blog you can check out if you want, I provide information about spyware and its capabilities and how to avoid the problem:http://spywarerevealed.blogspot.com/
