How Do I Copy Gdi32.dll Onto My Laptop Using Bios?

I have a laptop which wont boot because of the file gdi32.dll being corrupt….it also wont let me reformat using my XP CD.
Ive found the file on the internet and i want to know how to transfer the file onto my laptop using bios…could you please give me detailed instrucions..

    Used this ( http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/ ) tool to create a windows “live” disk. Once in this OS, you will be able to copy any file from a floppy or another optical drive to a directory on your hard drive.
