I suddenly find it impossible to navigate on Adobe Flash Player 9 based web pages. Furthermore, I cannot download it once more because of a defective or missing KERNEL32.DLL file. Although free downloads for the KERNEL32.DLL file exists, the zip files allegedly necessay for opening it cost in the region of 20 dollars.
Does anyone know of a way I can download or repair the KERNEL 32.DLL file without going into extra expense?
I would appreciate input.
Thanks.

That site should take you to a page to download kernel32.dll in a zip file, which should open with Compressed Folders if you have XP or you can download a trial of some zipping software. Try http://www.download.com for that.
this sounds like obvious advice but when in doubt try using a p2p or bit torrent. you may not find the exact dll that your missing however. in this case i have two suggestions. download and reinstall adobe flash 9 again. this usually restores dll files that are missing or inaccecable due to viruses or other installations.
check out the source files from where u can download the dll file
