How Can I Delete Unwanted Shell Extension Dll???

I had uninstalled AVG antivirus from my system..but one dll alone is not uninstalled and it is not getting deleted too..what can I do??

    Have you tried booting up in safe mode with command prompt, and deleting it from there ?
    You could also create a boot diskette or boot CD, boot that, and then remove the file.
    to create a boot disk for XP ;
