Only some kind of DLL files you can delete. its not recommended.

there’s this thing with dll files, they are ‘registered’ on a pc and this makes them included into other programs even if those dll files are not really needed. here’s how you can unregister dll: http://www.spywarevoid.com/how-to-unregi…
once you’re done with this step, you can simply delete the file.
u not told about what type of dll.so i can give one solution that is download tune up utlities.using tune sherrder.use this u simply right click and click delete using tune up sherrder.
remember dll deleted using tune up never be recovered or restored.
it will work.trust me.
It isn’t recommended, especially if the system needs it or uses it.
Best option is to find the uninstaller and remove it that way.
If that isn’t an option, try to delete it try removing in Safe Mode.
rename the .dll reboot the PC so the .dll is released and then you can delete it and not all dll are in the system32 folder ..

Deleting is not good way for .dll , inspite you can unregister the .dll file using regsvr32 /u
C:/Windows/Sytem32…thast where a dlls r on ur pc..but..dont delete a dll unless u know for a absolute fact that u can delete it witout destoying ur pc.
