Does Anybody Know If The File “lnuvzmvristmomiby.dll” Is A Virus Or Something?

I found it through a scan made with Hijackthis software. I cant find anything related to it in internet and the name is so weird or untraditional that it makes me suspect it is a virus file.
Can anybody help me to solve this problem?

    Given the randomness of the letters in that name, I think your instincts are correct. Looks like part of malware to me. Time for some anti-malware scans. Running them in Safe Mode With Networking might be useful, also.
