hi terrim, what you are having trouble with is your batched files the best way to explain it is what i did when i first started using computers is i deleted my batched files. first i tried to download a new one but i can’t then i tried to create one but too complicated so i was press with a choice i could take my computer to a computer repairman or upgrade and this corrected the problem. now this is your choice but if you want my advice i would take my computer to a computer repairman and he knows all these files and how to replace them. he can correct this problem the .dll always tells that batch files is the problem. good luck hope i was helpful to you
