I have Xp and i cannot change my background, i tried system restore, searched every where online, ran virus checks etc… still nothing will let me change my background anyone know what the problem can be or a way to fix it???
P.S. i keep on getting this error when i start my computer:
The system DLL user 32.dll was rlocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation ocurred because the DLL c:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL>OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLS. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL

Thursday, October 22nd, 2009I want to be able to manage my outlook express email and address book using Visual Basic. I’m not talking about sending or receiving emails from the server using VB, I can do that already. I want to access mail that OE has already moved to the local machine. I’ve spent a day researching this and my head is spinning. Most of the stuff I find has to do with sending and receiving. Only a couple mentioned accessing OE’s stored emails/addressbook (which is what I want) and they needed third party libraries or controls.
There seems to be multiple flavors of microsoft stuff: MAPI, Simple MAPI, CDO, but none of them are jumping out at me, I’m sure I’m missing something.
If you have a simple (and complete) example of what declarations I need (or OCX’s) and the objects, properties and methods I’ll need, that’d be a great thing.

My Gpu Works In The 2nd X16 Slot But Not In The First, Help!!!?
Tuesday, October 20th, 2009When I first got this computer the gpu was in the first PCIe 2.0 X16 slot, and could have been my fault when I started tampering with overclocking it, it stopped working… After Hrs of frustration i gave up and last resort switched it to the 2nd pciex16 slot and its been working. Iv tried updating the bios, resetting it and the gpu still wont work on that first slot, the pc turns on and loads windows i kno this cuz i hear the welcome song but i dont see anything and the ping at the begining is beeeep, beep beep! idk what that means but any help would be appreciated, I checked my GPUZ and it says the card in the 2nd slot runs at 8x… idk how i never changed anything there and its spose to be x16 
iv noticed a decrease in performance and thought that could be it! HELP! by the way motherboard, Asus p5n-d, gpu: 8800gt ocx i dont think any other hardware is important for me to include… also on CpuZ it says my board is 650i when i orderd it it says 750i and this model is only in 750i so i dont understand

Pcie Frequency Will Be Also Overclocked To 115mhz?

Last week I brought a new processor E8500 Intel Core 2 Duo 3.16Ghz. But when I install it into my motherboard, i start getting problems with my BFG GeForce9600GT OCX with thermo inteligence. Bt when i downclock mu Graphic card problems goes away. But if i want to keep my graphic card running on ists normal clock that it was when i brought it then i start having problems with it like in games also when i have windows vista areo turned on( when dragging with opened window small flickering white dots are in transparent areo borders) and when i remove my new processor and put in my old Intel celeron Dual core E1200 1.6GHz than i can have my graphic card on its normal clock. So i though that it may have something with mu PCIe 16x frequency. What do you thing about it? DO i need to buy new gpu? I know that processor is fully compatible with my Mother board here is also website have a look for more details. I dont know what else to do. Please someone help. Vb6 Gif Animation?

New to VB6 programing. Here is what I want to do.
Have a gif file “dove.gif” and want to scroll it across my page.
Have a routine to move him (or her) from left to right, but he (or she) is too lazy to flap their wings.
Downloaded and installed the file aniGIF.ocx correctly.
During my searching for assistance have read that you need to extract the single files and use a looping routine to do this.
This having been done I now have 15 .gif files. dove1.gif, dove2.gif ……… dove14.gif, dove15.gif
Now how do I get them into my VB6 program?
