I got infected with a nasty virus that messed up my web browser and all I get now is an iexplore.exe error when I try to start it. The virus blocked my computer’s virus protection and also redirected my IE to other pages. I was able to clean the infection off my computer, but now I can’t get my IE to work. When I start it I get an iexplore.exe error message and then my computer wants to restart. It was like hell trying to remove that virus so if there is a program that can fix this I would prefer it. Any suggestions?

Question Details: when i turn my laptop i get Cli.exe.application error. i did search on int everbody say go, start,Run,Msconfig, and untick ATI CATALYST SYS C:PROGRAM IATITLE…COMMON START UP. well i did it but i get this message, you have used the system configuration utility to make changes too the way windows starts.
the system configuratin utility is currently in Diagnostic or selective startup mode,
causing this message to be displayed and the utility to run everyr time windows starts,
choose the normal startup mode on the general tab to start windows normallu and undo the
changes you made using the system configuration utility. that means the statup the window has changed from normal to selective, my question is does not the window have to be on normal start up rather then selective start up. If you change to normal mode you will get the same message error evertime you switch the laptop on? thanks

POWER SUPPLY:- OCX Stealth Extreme 600w – Purcahsed from ebuyer, has been making fizzling & crackling sounds since purchase, but I didnt think that was doing any damage, until this morning, when the computer refused to turn on at all. When the power supply is turned on, you hear the fizzling, and then The electricity runing out of it. Whenever the electricty comes out of it the mother-boards “green light” goes out. The motherboard is not powering up, so the whole computer wont turn on.
