I have ran registry cleaners and everything else I can think of to get rid of these peskey blue screens. I have also updated drivers, but nothing seems to help this issue. Any advice?

Monday, August 31st, 2009I uninstalled the program and deleted the folders as suggested. Then reinstalled and I still get the same error msg. I’m running Window’s vista and am wondering if that’s part of the problem even though the latest version is supposed to be vista compatible.

Sunday, August 30th, 2009I got rid of the ads and something called “malware” by running my spyware and antivirus scans. But there are still some crazy things going on with my computer. For instance, the background on my desktop is stuck on blue, and I can’t change it. And surfing from page to page isn’t as bad as it was yesterday (before I got rid of ads/malware) but it just seems to be sticking/lagging a slight bit. There are all these .dll weird errors and I don’t even know where to begin to fix the problem. I did a google/yahoo search and found a few forums that addressed this issue but most of the people asked that the person in need of help post the results after running scans. Someone please help me!

Sunday, August 30th, 2009So I got a computer that I am working on and it’s got me puzzled. Less than two months old. Will not boot up except with a a boot disc, can not recognize the hard drive, or any other drivers for that matter. It seems to me every thing has been wiped out some how.. Try to reinstall Vista but an error stating that serenum.sys could not be found. What the hell is going on here. I can not see that the HDD would go bad so soon.
